As the name suggests, it allows customers to text Walmart and place orders for products by simply typing in the names of the items they want. This feature is available to all users of the Walmart app on both Android and iOS devices, and it’s entirely free to use.
The Text to Shop feature seamlessly integrates with your Walmart account, providing personalized product suggestions based on your preferences and previous purchases. To place an order, you simply need to type in the items you want, and they’ll be added to your cart. Once you’re done, you can review your cart, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize your order via text or the Walmart app.
